Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping is handled by our printers, Vervante. They process orders on the next business day and may observe holidays in the U.S.

Most of the time, we expect to have decks and logbooks pre-printed, stored in their warehouse, waiting to be shipped. If we have an unexpected surge of orders and we run out of stock, there may be a delay of a day or two while they print your order.

Once your order ships, Vervante will email you a tracking number. Our shipping estimates are based on the estimates provided by the shipping carrier, USPS. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing or shipping your order.

We offer full refunds on physically shipped items if there the product is physically damaged. Otherwise, these purchases are final.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions and individually purchased courses may be considered by Thrive Decks on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Thrive Decks.
